Floodwater Release Bulletin

At 3PM on Thursday, August 1:

• Grand Lake elevation was 745.37 feet. Daily target elevation for August 1 is 744.00 feet.
• At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, five (5) floodgates were open at Pensacola Dam, discharging 20,928 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
• Six (6) units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 13,230 cfs of water through generation.
• Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 34,158 cfs.
• Inflows into Grand Lake totaled 35,792 cfs.

• Lake Hudson elevation was 620.75 feet. Normal elevation is 619 feet.
• At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, two (2) floodgates were open at Robert S. Kerr Dam, discharging 5,964 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
• Three (3) units were online at Robert S. Kerr Dam powerhouse releasing 23,760 cfs of water through generation.
• Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 29,724 cfs.
• Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 34,365 cfs.
