Floodwater Release Bulletin

At 3:00PM on Tuesday, June 13:

• Grand Lake elevation was 745.18 feet. Daily target elevation for June 13 is 744 feet.
• At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, one (1) east spillway gate was open at Pensacola Dam, discharging 196 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
• Six (6) units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 12,672 cfs of water through generation.
• Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 12,868 cfs.
• Inflows into Grand Lake totaled 8,661 cfs.

• Lake Hudson elevation was 619.76 feet. Normal elevation is 619 feet.
• At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, one (1) gate was open at Robert S. Kerr Dam, discharging 232 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
• Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 13,134 cfs.

At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, the remaining open floodgate at Pensacola Dam will be closed Wednesday afternoon.

As a safety precaution, GRDA will be restricting access to spillway areas below the dams. The GRDA Police Department also reminds the public that it is illegal to enter floodwater discharge.
