GRDA schedules next round of Lake Hudson Shoreline Management Plan meetings

Vinita -- The Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) is announcing that the third round of Stakeholder Working Group (SWG) meetings for the Lake Hudson Shoreline Management Plan (SMP) will be held on Tuesday, September 18 at GRDA Headquarters, 226 W. Dwain Willis Ave. in Vinita.

The Allowable Use & Land Classification Committee will meet at 9:00 AM, followed by the Vegetation Management & Permitting Committee at 1:30 PM.

“The working group meetings have been very productive, and that's what we expect to see during this third set of meetings,” said Casey Davis, GRDA Assistant General Counsel. “It's obvious the stakeholders care about Lake Hudson and as a witness to much of their efforts, I am appreciative of the time and energy they're giving to this plan.”

The public is invited to attend all stakeholder working group meetings and will have the opportunity to speak.
