GRDA Lake Patrol continues search for missing Tulsa man

Grand Lake --- The search for a missing Tulsa man continued Tuesday afternoon at Grand Lake, with the assistance of the Grand River Dam Authority Lake Patrol helicopter. According to the patrol, the search for Matthew Hinson (22) is focused on an area of the lake near Grand Lake Towne and Ketchum Cove.

Hinson and four others were on a sailboat on that part of the lake Sunday evening around 8 PM when he went into the water. The GRDA Lake Patrol began its search shortly after the incident.

It was originally reported that there were two sailboats traveling together at the time of the accident. However, the Lake Patrol has confirmed that only the one sailboat was involved.
