Floodwater release bulletin
At 8 AM on Wednesday, September 23:
- Grand Lake elevation was 745.83 feet.
- At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, seven (7) floodgates were open at Pensacola Dam, discharging 12,124 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
- Six (6) units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 11,791 cfs of water through generation.
- Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 23,915 cfs.
- Inflows into Grand Lake totaled 47,586 cfs.
- Lake Hudson elevation was 620.73 feet.
- At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, one (1) floodgate was open at Robert S. Kerr Dam, discharging 7,901 cfs of water.
- Three (3) units were online at Robert S. Kerr Dam powerhouse releasing 22,140 cfs of water through generation.
- Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 30,041 cfs.
- Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 27,334 cfs.
