Floodwater Release Bulletin

At 11AM on Monday, August 5:

• Grand Lake elevation was 745.44 feet. Daily target elevation for August 5 is 743.71 feet.
• At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, six (6) floodgates were open at Pensacola Dam, discharging 13,081 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
• Six (6) units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 16,080 cfs of water through generation.
• Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 29,161 cfs.
• Inflows into Grand Lake totaled 45,406 cfs.

• Lake Hudson elevation was 620.84 feet. Normal elevation is 619 feet.
• At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, two (2) floodgates were open at Robert S. Kerr Dam, discharging 6,789 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
• Three (3) units were online at Robert S. Kerr Dam powerhouse releasing 24,570 cfs of water through generation.
• Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 31,359 cfs.
• Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 31,961 cfs.
